Take Control. Break patterns of negativity in the mind and body that disrupt your health. Your health can be negatively affected by acidic diets, chemical exposure, prescription and recreational drugs, negative thinking, lack of exercise and poor stress response management. We have lifestyle coaches and psychotherapists that can assist you in learning techniques to help you take back control of your life.
Fuel Your Body. The body needs the right nutrients and fuel to construct healthy cells and slow the aging process. These include filtered and alkalized water, as well as organic and non-gmo whole foods. We have tests such as the antioxidant scan or NutrEval to aid us in determining if you are suffering from nutrient deficiencies.
Move. Daily exercise is critical to maintain balance. Walking, rebounding (personal trampoline), weight training, yoga, etc are all excellent ways to slow the aging process. We have various exercise focused programs such as yoga therapy available for you.
